Crispy mini french loafs with leftover roast lamb, pickled cucumber, chilli and tomato jam and wholegrain mustard as condiments.
- 3 small french loafs, or any bread you prefer
- a bunch of watercress
- condiments of your choice: tomato & chilli jam, wholegrain mustard, gherkins.
- A plate of leftover roast lamb, cut into smaller pieces.
- Salt and pepper to serve
- 1Cut open the bread, spread with condiments of your choice, add watercress and lamb, season and serve.
